SUPPLEMENTS

In order to boost mitochondria, the power plants in our cells

1. Magnesium : ATP, the main power supply of the body, produced in the

mitochondria of our cells, is activated by Magnesium. Without

Magnesium no power.

Use Magnesium citrate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium glycinate, or

Magnesium taurate.

Soaking in the bath tub in Epsom salts is proving magnesium through

the skin.

2. Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ACL):

Increases cell power. Decreases workload of mitochondria.

3. Alpha lipoic acid:

Is the strongest antioxidant. Taken in tandem with Acetyl-L-Carnitine

it protects Mitochondria from free radical damage.

4. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10):

Prevents mitochondrial damage

5. Pyrroloquinoline-quinine: (PQQ):

Taken in tandem with CoQ10 in order to prevent mitochondrial

depletion.
